Why do people go to therapy?
People go to therapy for all sorts of reasons including but not limited to:
- helping you learn how to regulate your emotions
- having a non judgmental space to process life
- to learn more about yourself or your patterns and norms
- to help problem solve specific hardships in life
- to develop coping strategies to help ease the symptoms of depression and anxiety
- to better communication skills and confidence levels

Your therapist should feel different than a friend. They shouldn't solely give you advice or just listen.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! I offer a free 15 minute phone conversation to see if we are a good fit and determine if my services can be helpful for you! Email me to get this set up!
Do you take insurance?
No. At this time I am not credentialing with insurance companies and will only be accepting private pay.
How much does therapy cost?
50 minute session - $130
30 minute session - $95
(recommended for children under 10)
Couples 50 minute session - $150
How often and where do we meet?
I only offer telehealth services at this time. How often we meet is up to you! Typically, I meet with clients weekly or every other week depending on needs, availability, and what works for each individual!
What can I expect in therapy?
Therapy looks and feels a bit different for everyone. It can be normal to feel overwhelmed, nervous, excited, and curious as you begin therapy. My job is to get to know you and what works for you to help ease any of the discomfort in talking about hard things. Over time, therapy should feel helpful and have a positive impact on your life.
